He taught me how to plant a garden, milk cows feed and nurse they're young, take
care of every animal on the farm. He taught me how to survive off the land, how
to hunt, fish and never to take more then I could eat. How to respect the land
and everything that is on it. He taught me how to respect women and to put
women and children before myself. He taught me to lend a hand without expecting
something in return.

My Dad fought very long with his health. He never gave up and beat the odds all
the time. He was loved by so many and impacted more than he knew. His
grandchildren were crazy about "Pa" not a day will go by I wont think
about my Dad. But knowing he is healthy and no longer hurting gives me strength.
I love you Dad! Always.
