Chris,
Your father was an amazing man with the ability to brighten a room with
his colorful stories and witty personality. To have been able to meet him and
share a part of his life with you was truly an honor. Words can not express how
sorry I am to hear of his loss. I am thinking of you and your family in this
difficult time.

To the Hagen Family,
Please accept my deep sympathy for your loss.

While
Jerry's life and that of mine did not cross, I am reminded that I would not have
my son without him.

Perhaps a grandfather in heaven is the best kind to have
after all...

And know that we will keep record of Jerry's legacy and family so
my son will know of another branch of his family tree.

With deep sympathy,
Joy

Uncle Jerry knew how light up a room when he entered just by smiling. I have
many great memories that will stay with me forever. He will be greatly missed
but some how I know is watching over us all.

It has been many years since I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time
with Jerry....1995, I think...and yet I have vivid fond memories of his warm and
infectiously friendly personality and hospitality towards my family. Carolyn,
you and all your family are in our thoughts and prayers now and always.

Carolyn, I amso sorry, I've known jerry since I first moved to Lamar in 1989. He
was a wonderful friend with a great sense of humor and a love of life. I know I
will miss that goofy smile and his warm personality, not to mention his cooking.

Carolyn

We shall always remember Jerry as the person "with the most
tender heart!" He was a wonderful and generous person to know and to work
with. We had many joyous hours with him.
