So sad to see that "Aunt Bettylou" passed and no one told me. She was very dear to me when I was young and when I lived in Lamar. Always someone I could turn to for advice. When Grandpa Edmonds passed, she took in all the kids during the funeral (1961) and I remember the love she gave each of us that day. We shared an uncle (Lyle) whom we loved deeply.

I just realized this was Betty as I didn't recognize her last name. I would have come to the visitation if I had realized. Please forgive me. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. Betty was such a sweet, soft spoken lady. I was around her when she and Dick were in business together with my parents and they were also good friends. She was always so kind to us children. It is a privilege to have known her.

So sorry to hear of your Moms passing. She and my Mom enjoyed each others company off and on over the years.
