What a shock to learn of Partick's death. He was very knowledgable about transportation. We shall miss him on the OATS Board.
Fern, My thoughts are with you at this time, may memories of your 53 years together sustain you now.

I was honored to work with Patrick on the OATS Board for the past 8 years. He was always so kind to the staff when he came to our meetings and his expertise in bus operations was wonderful to have. I will miss him and give all my love and support to Fern.
