I am the fiancee of Melinda Rogers, Bill's granddaughter. I met Bill in Texas over July 4th weekend a few years ago and remember him as a bit quiet, with a quick wit and sense of humor. I wished he would have made it to know that Melinda and I did get married, but he will be there in spirit. He'll be sorely missed.
