I was one of two of Lowells foster children in 1981. Lowell was a kind man who always gave of himself. He treated us very well, and did his best to instill good values in myself and my foster brother. Lowell will be missed my many. My prayers go out to his family.

Lowell lived just up the road from my parents James and Ruby Kirby for many years and was a good friend to my grandparents Charles (Mack) and Wilma before they both passed away.

He also sent my Granny Rosie Kaderly a check every year for Christmas after my Papa passed away.
