Robert Lu-Gene “Boo” Jones, age 42, of Lamar, Missouri, died Friday, October 2, 2015 at Freeman Hospital West.  He was born March 14, 1973, to Walter Lu-Gene Jones and Elizabeth Ann (Raynor) Jones at Weableau, Missouri.

Boo attended school at Golden City, Missouri and had worked as a cook at Lodge of the Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks.

Boo leaves behind two children, Emily Rea-Ann Jones and Jace Cameron Elliott Jones, both of the home; his mother, Elizabeth Jones, of Lamar; a step daughter, Brooke Shaylee Stamper; uncles, Scott (Kathy) Raynor, of Lamar, Alan Raynor and Chris Raynor, both of Kansas City, Missouri; aunts, Annie Hazel of Vendalia, Missouri and Tyleen Ulhman of Golden City, Missouri; his mother in law Bobbie Bradshaw of Eldon, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews and well as lots of friends.

Preceding him in death are his former wife and mother of his children, Tori Jones, who died in an automobile accident December 10, 2014, at Eldon, Missouri; and his father, Walter Lu-Gene Jones.

Family and friends will gather at a later date to remember and honor “Boo’s” life.

I am freaked whenever knew boo passed. Haven't saw in awhile. A really great guy loves him as my friend.

Sorry for your loss. I've known Boo for as long as I can remember. He was a really good guy, I always remember him having a smile on his face. Again I am so sorry for your loss.

I grow up with him at our house Boo was friends with my brother August. He was a good friend , father and son.I lost contact with him years back I found him on Facebook I was excited.I love and miss you my dear friend. My God welcome you with open will be miss

Boo was friends with my brother August he use to stay the night here and there he a great friend and person. I loved and will continue to love him.we lost track of each other over the years well about a year ago I found him on Facebook I was so happy to talk with him again.we talked about his kids Tori and his mother.he loved all dearly. I will miss him and always remember his kindness. He had a heart of gold I love you and miss you my dear friend
