Larry Eugene Isaac, Jr. Age 51, died at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO Saturday, December 14, 2013.

Larry was born December 27, 1961 at Iola, KS  to Larry Eugene Isaac, Sr. And Carolyn Lee (Womack) Isaac.  He graduated Shawnee Mission NW High School in 1980.  He has lived in Lamar since 2005, moving from Kansas City.  Larry was a self employed Craftsman, remodeling Kitchens and Baths in high-end homes;  he was an aviation enthusiast, especially historic planes and was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Larry is survived by his parents, Larry and Carolyn Isaac of Lamar; one brother Evart & Gina Isaac of Lamar; one sister, Susie & Ross Knierim, of Lockwood, MO; six nieces and nephews, Rodney, Tiffany, Will, Breanna, Emily, and Kyle; and ten great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am  Thursday, December 19, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lamar, MO with Rev. Pat Teter officiating. Burial will be  at Highland Cemetery, Iola, KS.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Daniel Funeral Home.

Contributions are suggested to St. Mary’s Catholic Church Building Fund in care of Daniel Funeral Home.

I send you my deepest sympathy , and that your in my prayers and thoughts. Larry was a great friend , and talented and creative person, he will be greatly missed, but I know he still is looking over all of you . I know God has a plan , but we never know what it is , but he's got a great Angel there,God Bless.

Have read the iola register this eve. Don and I are so sorry for your loss. We lost mom(Dottie Young)in Nov. It is a sad time for us all. We are keeping you and yours in our thoughts and in our prayers. Be strong in your love of family and together you will get through.
