Time goes so fast, it only seems like yesterday that we talked on the phone. When the phone numbers were no longer in use we became very concerned and had no way to make contact. Our sympathy is with the family. Gene was a good friend.

Grandpa,
First I apologize dearly that life events got in the way. I wish I would have been there more, but can't take that back now. I do know you are an amazing man. Glad I was there by your side on Aug. 18th to say good-bye. I will never forget you. Until we meet again. Much love :-)
